Guest Tickets

• NOTE: Each Graduate will receive one (1) Graduate ticket and two (2) complimentary Guest tickets.
• Additional Guest tickets are available for purchase at SGD $50 each.
• Graduates may purchase up to twenty (20) additional tickets.

Note:

• A $5.00 Booking Fee is applicable for each ticket purchased.
• A $0.50 transaction fee is applicable for each transaction.

Admission Advisory

1. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
2. Admission to the venue is by valid ticket produced.
3. Outside food and beverages are not allowed into the venue.

Rating / Age Limit

1. Children below the age of 3 (including infant-in-arms) can be admitted without ticket and they will be seated on parents’ lap.
2. Children aged 3 years old and above must purchase a ticket for admission.

Audio, Photography & Videography Policy as well as Prohibited Items

1. Photography and videography of the event are allowed.
2. Balloons, prams and other prohibited items will be tagged by the Ushers and deposited at the Cloakroom.

Accessibility Info

1. Please be advised there are steps leading to most seats in the auditorium.
2. Due to restricted lift access to The Star Theatre, kindly approach any of the ushers on event day for lift assistance. 
3. Designated wheelchair accessible seating is available at all tiers.

Carpark Info

1. Due to limited parking lots, visitors are highly encouraged to take public transport or to park your vehicles at the surrounding nearby car parks.
2. Alternative car parks: Rochester Mall, Ministry of Education, Fusionopolis, Biopolis at One-North, NTU Alumni Club and The Metropolis.
